Shipping Information

We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas) with the same care we put into crafting our signature puff-sleeve dresses and sundresses.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Shipped via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Shipped via EMS
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipping

Please note: International shipments may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for potential charges.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, and free of any alterations
  • In original packaging with all protective coverings

Hygiene Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on bodysuits, swimwear, or lingerie unless they are faulty.

How to Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Approval: Our customer care team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and protective materials.

  5. Track Your Return: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges (subject to availability):

  • Follow the standard return process
  • Include a note specifying your desired exchange item (style, size, and color)
  • We’ll ship your new item once the return is received
  • If your exchange item is of higher value, we’ll invoice you for the difference
  • For lower value items, we’ll refund the difference

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote areas):
