Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- In original condition with tags attached
- Unworn, unwashed, and free of any alterations
- In original packaging with all protective coverings
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bodysuits, swimwear, or lingerie unless faulty. This policy reflects our commitment to quality while maintaining standards as impeccable as our wrinkle-resistant fabrics.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and return request (see template below).
- Wait for Approval: Our customer care team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and protective materials.

Panama City, US 32404 - Track Your Return: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund Time: 5-7 business days to process after approval
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Process
For exchanges (subject to availability):
- Follow the standard return process
- Include a note specifying your desired exchange item (style, size, and color)
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is received
If your exchange item is of higher value, we’ll invoice you for the difference. For lower value items, we’ll refund the difference.

International Returns
For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote areas):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund with the same care we apply to our exclusive designs.
